Hi all,

We've been busy in our shop since the end of the Arceo campaign working on our next project, THE PRAETOR POCKETBLADE and I'm super excited to share it with you first!  It is truly a blade like no other as we incorporated a MAGNETIC QUICK-RELEASE system into the sheath which makes it both very secure and easy to access.  It is truly a knife carry system never seen before so I hope you can check out the campaign page to see how it works, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Rethinking the Utility Knife

The humble utility blade is one of the most useful cutting tools around, but SO many blade holders out there are incredible cheap, uncomfortable to hold and made from low-quality materials.  So of course the PRAETOR is made from solid carbon fiber and G10, making it THE MOST solid utility knife you will ever hold.

Thanks everyone so much for following our story so far, the Praetor Pocketblade would not have been possible without your support in our previous campaigns!  Since the Arceo campaign we've been able to drastically improve the CNC and shop equipment so we can produce and deliver faster than ever before.

Arceo Shipping Begins!

Hi Backers,

I'm excited to say that the Arceo project has now begun shipping!  We are super grateful for everyone's patience and support as we have been working through logistics and production these last months.  We'll now be sending out batches of 10-25 orders on a weekly basis, (and even more if possible!) so be sure to check your inbox for shipment notifications from BackerKit which will contain tracking information.  Also if you have recently moved, just fire me a message with the updated address so there are no shipping mix-ups.

Now for some more pictures!  We successfully received our large carbon fiber & G10 material order a few weeks ago and have been double checking tolerances and building up wallet component inventory since then.  Our ocean container was originally scheduled to arrive mid-September but was delayed in customs until early October when it arrived to our shop.  I want to thank everyone again for your patience & understanding throughout our logistics and production process, this is the first time we've imported such a massive amount of carbon fiber!

Arceo production well underway!!

Hi Backers,

Production update today!  Machines have been runnin' and lasers have been cuttin' over the past few weeks making Arceo's!  We are working through the carbon fiber and G10 we have stocked in our shop while we wait for the rest of the material to arrive here (est. 2 weeks out).  So far our production is on schedule and we expect to ship rewards in Oct as planned.  Check out some pictures below and stay tuned to our IG feed where we'll be posting further Arceo machining and assembly content!  Thanks everyone for your amazing support and patience as we make your rewards, we're excited to be forging ahead with production making this project happen! :)

Arceo Project Survey Lockdown in 48hrs!

Hi Backers,

Just wanted to give you a little heads up that we plan to charge cards for add-on items you purchased or any additional funds you may owe through BackerKit on Monday, July 17th. After this weekend, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.  Please make sure that you have the correct card information on file and if any issues arise with your payment you’ll receive an email letting you know to correct your payment information.

If you need to review payment information, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://arceowallet.backerkit.com.

So far we've had about 90% of backers respond to the survey so thanks so much for being prompt with that, it really helps us get everyone's options organized!  All those that responded to the survey prior to our July 9th deadline will have both production and shipping priority but we will get the stragglers into the queue as soon as we receive their info!  If you have not yet completed a survey don't worry, you are not locked out and can still fill it out at the link in your Backerkit survey email.

Production begins next week with the material we have stocked in our shop while we wait for the remainder to arrive.  We'll be updating everyone on production progress through our kickstarter updates and more frequently on our Instagram page so be sure to give us a follow to see the machining in action!

Arceo Survey Deadline Reminder

Hi Backers,

Just a quick reminder that today is the "soft" survey deadline for the Arceo wallet project, meaning that if you have your survey filled out by the end of today you will have production and shipping priority.  Those filling out their survey after today won't have priority since we don't know what options you want and won't be able to specifically order material for you in this round. 

We won't be locking down the survey choices yet so everyone can still make edits to their options.  We will be giving a 48 hour notice update when we will be locking down final survey options after which, production will be begin with the material we have currently stocked in our shop and will continue again once we receive the rest.

Thank you all again for being so responsive to answering our BackerKit survey—even though it may not seem like much as an individual backer, you have no idea how tremendously helpful it is to have the response rate so high.
